Sound Engineering is one of the branches of engineering discipline which deals with the study of psycho acoustic, Recording instruments, recording techniques, song production, mixing and mastering songs-this field is challenging but interesting. Sound Engineers record high-quality audio of music, speech and sound effects in studios or sometimes at live events. They use technical instruments to produce sound for Film, Radio & Television.

They usually arrive at the concert before the performers and are involved in unloading and setting up the equipment and instruments along with the road crew. Trained Sound Engineers can look forward to many opportunities at Radio stations, Production houses for TV shows, Post-production studios, web-authoring Services, Multimedia authoring, DJ shows and Concerts. Besides, Sports, News Production Live Telecasts, Film production - both on- location, and in-studios are other avenues that hold a lot of promise.
