Saurabh Deshpande

Saurabh Deshpande has been a media and communications educator since 1999 and is currently enrolled as a PhD scholar the University of Mumbai. He has completed his master's degree with English and has also successfully completed a post graduation program in journalism and mass communication. He has published and presented several research papers at the national and international level. His interest areas include Digital Media, New Media Marketing, Media Culture & Psychology, Language and AI and Organisational Communication.

Subodh Korgoankar

Faculty and Production Head

With nearly a decade of experience under his belt, Subodh has worked on everything from music videos and web series to feature film and commercials. He's a master at visualizing a project and seeing it through to completion, and he's always looking for ways to improve his craft. Now, he's bringing his expertise to the classroom, where he's focused on developing a teaching plan that will inspire and educate the next generation of filmmakers.

Geeta Nair

Geeta Nair is a media professional. She holds over two decades of industry experience. She has completed her MBA in Marketing Management and is a Post Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism. Currently, she is an educator and an author.

Shilpi Dey

Faculty

Shilpi Dey has been a professor of mass media for the past 10 years. She has successfully submitted five research papers, authored six academic textbooks and three reference books. She has been invited as a resource person in more than 50 seminars/conferences and online sessions.

Aditi Surve

Prof. Aditi Surve has over eight years of experience in the media industry. She completed her Masters in Arts in Film, Television and New Media Production. She is a self motivated person and strongly believes that Perfection is the key to achieving a goal'

Vinod Yadav

Faculty

Vinod Yadav has around seven years of experience in teaching programming language, Database management, SQL, Big Data, Compiler. He has done Masters in Computer Science and has completed Advance Java Certification from Sun Microsystems. He has deep interest in the field of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Ashwini Pednekar

Ashwini Pednekar handles administration at AIFT. Additionally, she also counsels students and assists with admissions. She has completed her Masters in Journalism from School of Broadcasting and Journalism and holds 11 years of experience in the media industry.

Rashi Desai

Admin Department

A Commerce Graduate with about 10 years of work experience, Rashi Desai handles administration work, documentation and enrollments at AIFT. She has excellent communication skills, is well versed with computers and is a people person always ready to help students as and when required.

Khushboo Yadav

Admission Department

A commerce graduate, Khushboo Yadav works as an admissions counsellor and office executive at AIFT. She counsels students, guides them in choosing the right course and helps them with the paper work.

Anuradha Thakur

A commerce graduate, Ms Anuradha Thakur went on to do her Bachelors in Mass Media. She’s worked as a reporter with several media organisations and has around six years of experience in the industry. Currently she’s busy mentoring students and handling administration related work at AIFT.
